Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data in two ways:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
Log in to Talkatus and navigate to Settings, Account, Delete Account to permanently delete your account within 30 days.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@talkatus.com with subject Data Deletion Request from your registered email.
Data Deleted
- Account information, all conversations, connected integrations, bot configurations, and analytics data are permanently removed.
Data Retained
Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., billing records for 7 years).
